Privacy Policy
Ourfusion™ Privacy Policy
Our Fusion, Inc. (doing business as ourfusion™, referred to as the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the ourfusion™ online platform (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights and choices regarding your data. By using ourfusion™, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
We collect various types of information to provide and improve our Service. This includes:
- Personal Information: When you register or use ourfusion™, we may collect information such as your name, email address, username, password, and contact details (e.g. postal address, phone number). If you create a profile, we may also collect profile details like your avatar or bio.
- Device and Technical Data: We collect information about the device and browser you use to access ourfusion™, such as your device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and device identifiers. We also log technical details like access times and referring websites.
- Usage and Analytics Data: We record information about how you interact with our Service. This includes pages or screens you view, features you use, links you click, and the amount of time spent on different parts of ourfusion™. We use third-party analytics tools to help us understand usage patterns (e.g., page views, click rates, and other behavioral data).
- Social and User-Generated Content: The content you create or share on ourfusion™ is collected by us. This includes posts, comments, messages, forum entries, profile information you provide, and any files or media you upload (such as photos, videos, or documents). Please note that content you post may be visible to others depending on your settings, and you should only share information you are comfortable making public.
- Location Data: If you choose to share it, we may collect approximate location information. For example, we might infer your general location from your IP address (e.g., city or state), or—with your permission—collect precise location data from your device’s GPS. Any precise geolocation features will be opt-in and clearly explained when enabled.
- Payment Information: When you make purchases or transactions through ourfusion™ (for example, to subscribe or buy services), your payment details are processed by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number or financial account data on our servers. Instead, we receive limited information from the payment processor, such as your billing name and address, the type of payment method, a truncated card number (e.g., last four digits), and transaction identifiers. This information is used for record-keeping, receipts, and to handle billing issues. We never receive or store your full credit card number or security code.
- Biometric Data (Future Optional Features): We do not currently collect any biometric identifiers (such as facial recognition data, fingerprints, or voiceprints). If in the future we offer biometric login or other optional features that use biometric data, we will only collect and use that data with your explicit consent and in compliance with applicable laws. Any such feature will be strictly opt-in, and we will provide clear information and obtain your permission before processing any biometric information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery and Operations: To provide, maintain, and personalize the Service for you. This includes creating and managing your account, authenticating you when you log in, processing transactions (e.g., membership subscriptions or purchases), and providing the features and services you request.
- Communications: To communicate with you about your account and our Service. We may send you service-related announcements, notifications, and respond to your inquiries. With your consent, we may also send newsletters, updates, or promotional communications about new features or offers on ourfusion™. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails or contacting us.
- Analytics and Improvements: To analyze usage and performance of ourfusion™ in order to understand user behavior and improve our content, features, and user experience. For example, we analyze how users navigate the site or app to optimize the interface and fix technical issues. We may also use data (often in aggregated, non-identifiable form) to test and develop new features or services.
- Content Moderation and Safety: To monitor, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unauthorized activities. For example, we may review user-generated content and messages to enforce our Terms of Service and community guidelines, ensuring that no inappropriate or illegal content is posted. We use automated systems and manual moderation to keep our community safe. Users are solely responsible for the content they post, but we reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates our policies or applicable laws.
- Legal Compliance and Protection: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests. We may use your information to fulfill our legal obligations (such as keeping transaction records for financial regulations) and to enforce our agreements or policies. Additionally, we may use and disclose information as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Our Fusion, Inc., ourfusion™ users, or others (for example, to investigate or prevent security issues or misuse of our Service).
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
ourfusion™ uses cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and local storage) to enhance your experience and collect usage data:
- Functional Cookies: Some cookies are essential for the Service to operate, enabling features like user login, account preferences, and smooth navigation.
- Analytics Cookies: We and our analytics partners use cookies to gather information about traffic and user interactions on ourfusion™. This helps us understand which pages are popular, how users engage with content, and where improvements are needed. For example, cookies allow us to recognize repeat visitors and compile aggregate statistics about usage of the platform.
- Your Choices: You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. However, be aware that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Service (for instance, you may not be able to stay logged in). Our system may not respond to “Do Not Track” signals, but we do not use cookies to collect personal data for sale or for third-party advertising purposes.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We value your privacy and share personal information only as necessary to operate our business and as permitted by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for profit. We may share information in the following situations:
- Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf. These providers help us run ourfusion™, such as by processing payments, providing cloud hosting and data storage, delivering email communications, analyzing site usage, or offering customer support tools. For example, we use Stripe to process payments, and it will handle your payment information securely. These third parties are contractually required to use your information only for our specified purposes and to protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
- Business Transfers: If Our Fusion, Inc. is involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your personal information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. Should such a transfer occur, we will provide notice on the Service (and/or via email) to inform you of any change in ownership or new use of your personal information.
- Legal Compliance and Law Enforcement: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests (such as a subpoena, court order, or search warrant). We may also share information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with U.S. laws; to investigate or protect against illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person; or to enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements.
- Partners and Integrations: If ourfusion™ in the future partners with other platforms or enables social sharing features, we will inform you and, if necessary, obtain your consent before sharing personal data with those partners. (As of now, any such data sharing is limited or inoperative.)
- With Your Consent: In any other scenario not covered above, we will only share your personal information if you direct us to or explicitly consent to such sharing.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example, we may keep your account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you decide to return to ourfusion™. We may also retain certain data for longer periods if necessary to comply with legal obligations (such as maintaining transaction records for tax and accounting purposes), to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
Data Security
We employ reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. These measures include technical, administrative, and physical safeguards such as encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS), firewalls, access controls, and regular security assessments. While we strive to protect your data, no website or internet transmission is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your account. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you suspect your account has been compromised), please contact us immediately.
Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. ourfusion™ is designed for U.S. users, and we comply with applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We also include a notice for international users (see below).
- Access and Portability: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to obtain it in a portable format that can be transferred to another service. For example, you can request that we provide you with a summary of your account data and transaction history.
- Correction: You have the right to request that we correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we have on file. You can also update most of your basic account details directly through your profile settings.
- Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your personal information. Upon request, we will delete your data unless retention is required for our legitimate business purposes or legal obligations (for instance, some data may be retained to comply with financial reporting laws or to detect fraud). Keep in mind that removing content you have posted publicly does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal (others may have copied or re-shared it).
Opt-Out of Marketing: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send you transactional or account-related messages (such as password resets or purchase confirmations).
Opt-Out of Sales or Targeted Advertising: As noted above, we do not sell personal data. If you are a resident of California or certain other states that grant the right to opt out of personal data “sales” or use for targeted advertising, you can contact us to further ensure your data is not shared in a way that would be considered a sale or targeted advertising under those laws. We honor global privacy control signals as required by applicable law for opt-out of sale/sharing where relevant.
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these privacy rights. This means we will not deny you our services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of service just because you exercised your rights (except as permitted by law, for example in the context of certain loyalty programs).
State Privacy Laws: This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with the requirements of U.S. state privacy laws including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (as amended by the CPRA) and similar laws in states such as Virginia, Colorado, Utah, and others. Residents of these states (and any other states with applicable privacy rights) can exercise the rights listed above. California residents also have the right to request certain information about our disclosure of personal data to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (the “Shine the Light” law) – however, ourfusion™ does not share personal data with third parties for direct marketing without consent.
International Users (GDPR Notice)
Our Service is currently intended for users in the United States, and we primarily process data in the U.S. If you are accessing ourfusion™ from outside the U.S., please be aware that your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States or other jurisdictions where our servers or service providers are located. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as your home country.
For individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with comprehensive data protection laws (such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar regimes), please note that ourfusion™ is not currently officially available in those regions. However, if you nonetheless use our Service, some GDPR principles are reflected in our practices. We are committed to privacy and will implement GDPR-compliant controls and safeguards if we expand service to those regions. This means we would ensure a lawful basis for processing your data (e.g., your consent or our legitimate interests), honor additional rights granted under those laws, and provide appropriate mechanisms for cross-border data transfers (such as standard contractual clauses).
GDPR Rights (Placeholder): In the event that GDPR becomes applicable, users in the EEA would have certain additional rights including the right to object to or restrict processing of their data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time when we rely on consent. They would also have the right to lodge a complaint with a Data Protection Authority in their country. We will update our policies and practices to fully comply with GDPR or other international privacy laws when they become applicable to ourfusion™.
By using our Service while located outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States and the processing of it as described in this Privacy Policy.
Children’s Privacy
ourfusion™ is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13 years of age in accordance with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are under 13, please do not use or register for ourfusion™. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information from our records.
We also strongly recommend that minors aged 13 to 17 seek permission from a parent or guardian before using ourfusion™. While teenagers 13 and older may use the Service (as it is not intended for children), we encourage parents to supervise their teen’s online activities and to help enforce this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that a minor has created an account in violation of our policies, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps, which may include deleting the account and associated data.
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy ourfusion™ strictly prohibits any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to, any material that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or attempts to engage minors in sexual activities or exploitative conduct.
We actively monitor our platform using a combination of automated tools and manual review processes to detect and remove any such content. If we become aware of content that violates this policy, we will take immediate action, which may include removing the content, suspending or terminating the responsible account(s), and reporting the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and relevant reporting hotlines, as required by applicable law.
Users may report suspected CSAE content directly through our in-platform reporting tools or by contacting us at [email protected]. We treat all reports seriously and review them promptly.
User-Generated Content and Responsibility
Users of ourfusion™ are responsible for the content they create, post, or share on the platform. Please be mindful that any personal information or content you voluntarily disclose in public areas of the Service (such as in forum posts or comments) becomes accessible to other users and potentially the general public. We are not responsible for the information you choose to submit in these public forums, and anyone who can access the content can potentially use, save, or share it.
You should never post content that you do not have the right to share or that violates any other person’s privacy or rights. By using ourfusion™, you agree to abide by our rules regarding acceptable content. We reserve the right (but do not have the obligation) to monitor user-generated content and to remove, edit, or restrict access to any content that we determine violates our Terms or policies, or that is otherwise inappropriate, at our sole discretion. This moderation may be done through automated tools or manual review. However, the user who posts content is ultimately responsible for it.
If you delete content you have posted, we will make it inaccessible to other users, but please be aware that removed content may persist in backup copies for a period of time or as required by law.

In some cases, we may also notify you via email or through an in-service notification of significant changes.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information. Your continued use of ourfusion™ after any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
